Roadmap

The professional path, with the personal moves that shaped it.

British Army - Landing Point Commander

Served in the Army supporting Army Air Corps operations as a Landing Point Commander, setting up forward arming and refueling points for helicopter landings and field operations.

University of Plymouth - Mechanical engineering foundation

Completed BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering at the University of Plymouth, building the engineering base that later supported subsea, mechanical design and offshore work.

AFGlobal, Liverpool - oil and gas delivery begins

Joined AFGlobal and moved into subsea connection systems, BP West of Shetland work, non-conformance management, offshore support, API 6A qualification and project delivery.

MSc Project Management

Completed MSc Project Management at the University of Salford while developing from engineering delivery into broader project and commercial leadership.

Head of Projects & Delivery at AFGlobal

Led project management, engineering, commercial, logistics, documentation and IT teams, with around 50 people and project P&L responsibility through a tough oil and gas market.

Moved from the UK to Denmark with family

Took the major personal and professional step into Siemens Gamesa in Brande, Denmark, moving from oil and gas into renewable energy and offshore wind technology.

Loads & Control technology leadership

Led a team of project managers across turbine technology development, launched Wake Adapt, introduced sprint planning and built stronger reporting and gate-passage tooling.

Digital Engineering & Modularization PMO

Directed a 25-person PMO, digitalized portfolio reporting across eight major programs and delivered resource-planning migration across 1,200 FTE and seven departments.

Senior Project Manager - SG15 Ramp Up

Led launch, ramp-up and continuous improvement work across multiple functions and geographies for the flagship offshore turbine platform.

Manufacturing Program Manager - MKVII

Accountable for manufacturing readiness, execution and strategic alignment across global sites for the next-generation offshore turbine platform.
