Career Professional spine

From subsea oil and gas delivery to offshore wind manufacturing transformation.

This page expands on my career with focus on time spent at Siemens Gamesa and AFGlobal, where I grew my competencies in engineering and program/project management.

Career Narrative

My focus is creating pace: challenging the status quo, simplifying the task, removing overhead and helping teams deliver solutions with the right balance of risk, time, cost and quality.

Oil and gas foundations

Earlier work at AFGlobal built my engineering and project management competencies: delivering subsea connection systems to BP West of Shetland Q204, Subsea 7 and Equinor in accordance with industrial standards such as API 6A for critical infrastructure with a 30-year product lifetime.

Renewable energy at scale

Current work is focused on industrialising manufacturing readiness and execution for Siemens Gamesa's next-generation offshore turbine, including footprint strategy, manufacturing concepts, global production alignment, governance, cost, schedule, quality and long-term capacity strategy.

Digital Delivery Instinct

With a high interest in utilising digital technology, I have always looked to reduce complexity by leveraging automation. Across my roles, the recurring theme has been to work smarter, deliver only what is needed and remove complexity and ambiguity.
