Terms of Service
Effective 14 July 2026
BestBits helps an authorised operator review, prepare, schedule, and publish videos. The operator remains responsible for every video, its rights, its metadata, and its compliance with TikTok, YouTube, and applicable law.
1. Acceptance
By using BestBits, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect a platform account or use BestBits to schedule or publish content.
2. Authorised use
You may use BestBits only with media and accounts you are authorised to access. You must own or have all necessary permissions, licences, and commercial rights for the video, audio, artwork, performances, trademarks, and other material you publish.
3. Review and automated scheduling
BestBits separates clip review from publication. Only approved and finalised exports may enter the release planner. When adaptive scheduling is enabled, BestBits may choose future release slots using connected-channel performance data and locally configured safeguards. You remain responsible for reviewing the approved export and may cancel a release before platform processing begins.
4. Platform rules and monetisation
TikTok and YouTube decide whether an account, video, view, or payment qualifies for reach or monetisation. BestBits cannot guarantee approval, public visibility, audience growth, copyright clearance, or earnings. You must follow each platform's developer, community, copyright, monetisation, and commercial-content rules.
5. Availability and changes
Platform APIs, audits, quotas, policies, and account features can change or become unavailable. BestBits may pause or fail a release rather than bypass a missing permission, privacy choice, consent, account restriction, audit, or platform error.
6. Warranty and liability
BestBits is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Snoaper is not liable for platform decisions, lost reach or revenue, rejected uploads, copyright claims, account restrictions, or losses caused by content supplied or approved by the operator.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
