Two DeckForge applications, one timeline workflow.
DeckForge for PowerPoint is live for individual presentation builders. DeckForge for Microsoft 365
adds the enterprise workspace: Teams, SharePoint-owned timeline files, edit roles, and linked
publishing into PowerPoint.
Choose the application by where the work lives.
The PowerPoint app stays lightweight and presentation-native. The Microsoft 365 app is built for
organizations that need shared timeline ownership, tenant storage, and managed publishing.
DeckForge for PowerPoint
For individuals and small teams creating presentation-ready timelines inside PowerPoint.
- Existing live PowerPoint HTML content add-in
- Individual subscription and trial flow
- Timeline state travels with the PowerPoint document workflow
- Excel and HTML import/export support
DeckForge for Microsoft 365
For organizations managing shared timelines across Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Separate Teams application and Microsoft 365 setup
- Customer-owned `.deckforge` files in SharePoint or Teams
- Microsoft 365 permissions plus DeckForge owner/editor/viewer roles
- Linked PowerPoint companion publishing flow
Enterprise data stays in the customer tenant.
DeckForge provides the Teams and PowerPoint experience. The customer controls file storage, access,
retention, version history, and SharePoint permissions.
Storage model
Timelines are saved as `.deckforge` files in approved SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive locations.
Snoaper does not host enterprise project timelines.
- Approved Teams channel folders
- Approved SharePoint document libraries
- Restricted files for sensitive programmes
Edit control
SharePoint controls who can open the file. DeckForge roles then control chart behavior inside
the app: owner, editor, or viewer. DeckForge roles never override Microsoft 365 permissions.
- Anyone with approved write access can create a chart
- Owners manage chart roles
- Viewers can review without editing
